Fire-fighting aircraft, other vehicles, and personnel can draw out fluids as needed, even while the tanker is unloading. Hazmat Containment – HA
In a hazmat emergency, you have to act quickly. Are fuels or chemicals already leaking into the soil? Is the tanker on its side and spilling contaminants onto the highway?
